Of late I have been having some back muscle, foot and leg crapming at bed time, is this common? I am currently in week 11 of a 500mg/wk Test E - 300mg/wk Deca cycle. BTW no other significant sides to speak of...

water is good but too much isn't, and you need minerals with it, potassium and magnesium and calcium are all important too

+1 to the water advice. Make sure you are well hydrated (at least two big glasses of plain water) in those two hours before you train, which can make a big difference in staving off fatigue. During workouts, I just drink plain water, but my BF drinks Gatorade to help with cramping and to stay hydrated.

Use sea salt liberally as well.

x 2 and lots of water how many days/ times are you training a week?

Thanks everyone for your idea's.

I am currently training hard 4 days a week.

My water intake is up, I eat a banana every morning, for Mag I eat spinach everyday and my water consumption is always tap water. I get 75mg of Mag and 25mg of Potassium (citrate) from my daily multi-vitamin. I could beef up the nut intake I guess.

Last night just after getting in bed my feet starting cramping again, I would say my feet are the worst as my back and legs have been pretty good of late.

I have been having the same issue lately and had to take 3 days off and get a better multivitamin and I have also been eating at least 1 banana a day.. This seems to be working for me. I also cut back on the weight I was lifting..
I also did notice since I have been taking KreAlkalyn and a bcaa mix and been drinking more water I noticed the cramping about 3-4 days later the worse episode was having a major foot and calve cramp during a set of shoulder press.

Try taurine if the others don't work.
