So i was browsing through some of the product reviews on here and i have been using Promasil by RivalUS for about 5 months now and i am really really happy with it, i never feel cramped or bloated it just digests amazing, it has helped me with colds and what not with all the extra vitamins and stuff in it. So i was looking at Mpower by RivalUS and Rapid FX. I think i am leaning more towards Mpower but the other one was interesting as well, they both have no side affects or crazy things in them and on the RicalUS website they both have very high ratings. Do you guys think its work it for me to just finish up my abs and lose the 5 lbs i need to? i am slowly losing it but its taking FOREVER.
heres a link to my log if you need to see some pics.

I just figured i would add in here that my mother will be starting here journey to become physically healthy, she's a border line diabetic and has a lot of health issues, and i may also want to try this as a possibility for her.
I'm confused as to what exactly your question is. If you can make it a little clearer in say 2-3 senteces hopefully you will get some feedback :) Don't overcomplicate the question :)
Sorry, I should be clearer myself. I understood everything you wrote right up to the last 2 sentences where you asked the question in your first post.
What exactly are you trying to accomplish with this supplement?

Sorry, i am trying to trim a little in the mid section, and help me maintain a lower body fat %
I wouldn't rely on any supplements for that yet! Just be your own guinea pig when it comes to learning and applying your knowledge about nutrition. This will take years so be patient and remember progress is measured in years.
If thats your present condition in your avatar and you still have the outline of your abs still I would personally try to figure out how to gain a pound a week consistently for the next 4 months then I would do my best to figure out how to lose a pound a week for the next 4 months while maintaing all muscle. Everyones goals are different thats just what I would do :)
I know that sounds retarded maybe to you right now but trust me :)

that is me in my avatar, i know i am not in desperate times as far as my weight is concerned and you are probably right losing it without supplements would be better, and my goal is to finish my abs by like end of april-may which gives me plenty of time, i have cut back my eating huge and will be moving out march 1st so my eating habits will change again. i have been working on my menu for when i move out and its mainly just carbs and protein, haha trying to eat ALOT healthier =D Thanks for your thoughts ;P
