The larger the muscle the more glycogen you body can store without holding fat. More so after a workout when they are drained. That is what the carb's in the mass builder will help with.

2 Scoops at your size sounds good to me IMO.

25g protein and 80 or so carbs is a good ratio. 1:4

Greek, the problem I am seeing is that you want to add muscle mass but are afraid to lose your abs and are still doing tons of cardio. You basically have to chub up abit in order to gain some serious size. So say goodbye to the abs till your 16 and they will be bigger and better.

But yes I think 2 scoops of weight gainer are adequate, I however would add a scoop of whey, get the bio value up a bit. You are young so you are burning calories at about the same rate as a humming bird. More calories consumed then burnt =weight gain.

This Mutant Mass will last me about 4 months, so after that would I just go back to a normal protein shake to get my abs back?

4 months? You stated that there are 26 servings in a bag but you are splitting that in 1/2. If you are pushing it to 52 servings in 4 months don't even waste your money. You're not eating enough food AND you're not eating enough Mutant Mass. If you want to stay leaner go with Lean Gainer from Interactive or Cytogainer from Cytosport they have less sugar.
