Hey Guys,
im a newbie here and looking for some serious help. im 32 years old, 5`10" and i weigh in at 270lbs. im tired of being the BIG guy and i wanna get into shape, im willing to work hard and do what its gonna take to get there. my goal is to get down to around the 230-240 lb area.

i do 30-40 minutes of Cardio everyday

For the best results what i should be eating, how much i should be eating and when i should be eating it.

also wondering about the ECA stack for a guy my size, is it a good idea, how much of the E the C and the A should i be taking ?

Change your outlook from losing weight to losing fat.

Start a lifting program. You want to build muscle. The more muscle you have the more calories you burn.

Keep the heart rate at about 130bpm during cardio. High intensity cardio will eat up muscle faster than fat.

Supplements are the last thing to worry about. Get everything else in place before considering this. You may find you will lose the fat you desire without them.

Keep the plan simple.

ok so i have been taking the ECA for a week now and had awsome results so far, fat is melting away , i have noticed that i cant feel the stack high anymore, is it still working ???

my starting weight was 282 lbs, im now down to 259 so far in 8 weeks, im doing the P90X program, i work out 6 days a week, weights every otherday and cardio everyday, i feel im eating really clean.

i am taking

24 mg of Ephedrine
100 mg of Caffeine
325 mg of Aspirin

im eating :

7:00 - 7:30 -ECA
8:30 -3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, cup of celery, carrots, Protien Shake
10:00-11:00 -Cardio
11:30 -ECA
12:00 - can of tuna, chopped onions, cucumber, 1 tsp light Mayo, small salad, or cut up celery and carrots.
2:00 - Protien Shake
3:00 - ECA
5:00 - White Meat, Veggies, Half to a full Cup of cooked Rice , sometimes StirFried
7:00-8:00 -Weights and Cardio
9:30-10:00 - Bed

should anything be changed, to shred the weight faster ?

Well to be honest what you have is a good start , im presuming you didnt put the weight on over night , its not going to come off over night. Make sure everything your eating is whole foods , i.e brown not white rice etc .

Stay AWAY from cheats right now....your on the right road .
