Hey Everyone,
My name is Craig, Im 32 years old, 270 LBS, 5`10" tall , and hail from Ontario, Canada.
I have been around the site for some time now, and not made any posts or anything like that. i have just been reading and learning from what others have been doing and saying.
NOW, its time for me to get to work and get into shape. im sure i will have some pretty silly questions for you guys so please excuse me.
