Ill be moving up to Stony PLains in a few days. Anyonein the area have good gyms to reccommend there?

Also, would be great to get info on MMA, BJJ, Muay Thai etc. type gyms in the area!

Best gym would be the Spruce grove Tri Leisure centre, its really the only one lol unless you want to drive to the city.

Nah, move to Ontario, go on welfare and train all day long and get the govt to pay for your gym membership costs as a "required rehab". LOL!
