Beachbody products

I got two tubs of Beachbody's Results and Recovery formula from a buddy who ordered them but thinks it taste's like ass. I had one this morning and thought it was actually pretty good. Anyone have any experience with this product?? I havent heard the best things about Beachbody's product line. Is it worth using??

Doesn't look like the greatest product for the price. But for free, it's fine, haha.
10g protein/40g carb.. only 500mg Creatine Monohydrate.. etc.

On the low side for protein, creatine, arginine, Glutamine, etc.
