My deca cycle gave me horrible acne. For those that have used deca (and had shitty acne) have you had the similar experience with NPP or was it better?

I wonder if I can get by with a short cycle of NPP (~5 weeks).

maybe you had bad acne because you injected deca once a week? Injecting long ester steroids every other day such as deca, eq, enanthate reduce the side effects

deca gave me acne all over my lower back when i came off. i jabbed every 4 days

I shot every 3rd day so that's not it.

Exactly the same deal for me #8 (after coming off) except it was over my chest. Did you have a run with NPP as well?

I'm wondering if a short course of 5 weeks pinning EOD would avoid the problem?

If you are getting acne when you come off it is not the deca. EOD is best with any long ester to maintain even blood levels.

BUMP for ideas about NPP also. Been hearing a lot of good things about it compared to long ester nandrolone.

Not a deca fan myself. Never tried NPP but looking for more feedback from those who've used it.

I got bad acne after coming off deca. It WAS the deca no doubt at all. Npp no acne at all just can play with your mind in some users like tren.

not by much. with short esters yes.
i have done many

i hade ALOT of acne the first few cycles i did (most had deca in it) when i started taking apple cider vinigar every day it cleared up.. NO SHIT!
i still take it to this day. usually in tablet form for ease of carrying.
try it out.
its healthy for you anyway.

i havent used NPP yet thow i still got a lot of deca from a while ago to use.
but in time ill try it out. :-)
