I've been using Creatine for a good 5-6 months now.

But on my last order i decided to get myself some Glutamine and i've been using it for about 3 months.

Take some glutamine only once a day and thats at the same time as take my proteins and creatine mono after my workout. But funny thing is, since then, i don't seem as much growth from the creatine...

So i was asking myself, should i be taking creating and glutamine at the same time? Or should i take my creatine before work out, glutamine and proteins after workout? Or should i just stop taking the glutamine and keep it with my proteins and creatine?

Thanks guys.

Personally, I don't use glutamine because it is a supplement that is very poorly absorbed by the body.
Some say it helps to recover but I am not convinced.

However, I advise you to take creatin throughout the day, in 4 or 5 doses 1g (breakfast, collation, lunch, post-training, before sleep).
I don't recommend you to take creatin before training because it is an hypoglycemic product.

In my experience, Glutamine has never hindered my gains.
This sounds like just a conincidence.

What form of Glutamine are you taking?

I'll take 15 - 20g post workout or before bed, and I find this does help with my recovery.
