arimidex question

For those of you who run arimidex or other AIs throughout a cycle, when do you start taking it daily? since it takes a few weeks to build up test levels with long esters, I thought maybe week 3. any suggestions?

First off only take it if you need it....other wise Id run Aromasin even if I dont need it I run it.

I always develop puffy nips and frequently lumps, so I have to take an AI, otherwise I'm basically just waiting for it to happen.

I don't have aromasin, just adex.

Same with Ben i run high amounts of test and because of that my nips get puppy fast and sore so i always have a bunch of Adex on hand need to take it every few days or when i notice the puffy

Run only when needed. I usually have nolva on hand as it stops estrogen from binding to the tissue in your nipples. If you have to much estro in your system, the arimidex will stop new development but what there is may bind and cause some swelling. Nolva should take care of that.

Adex at 0.5 mg EOD should not significantly effect muscle growth, but will significantly block most aromatization.

Agreed. The Arimidex tends to lower your good cholesterol too much. The aromasin, if you have it, is a much better choice. Waiting until you 'need it' isn't the wisest choice in my opinion as at that point, the 'gyno' seed is already planted and will likely continue with future cycles. I drove my buddy to his gyno surgery and he said it wasn't a walk in the park lol
