View Full Version : My super-long cycle results

Last time I was here, I got under other members skin for posting the fact that I took a very long cycle. ( 2 years and 7 months). Due to resolutions for the new year, I am posting to say that I have come off ( 3 weeks now), and I want to share my results of my crazy-ass cycle.

I went to get blood work/"physical", and everything came back normal. The only thing that changed in my case was the creatinine levels( they were high). I went to see a nephrologist and got told that there was too many variables too pin point the culprit of such elevated levels. I still need more test done in the near future for a result. I feel fine and everything else came back normal.

I am in 3rd week of PCT (nolva, arimadex, clomid, HCG) and feeling good. I am currently at 175lbs at a bodyfat % of 10%. Strength is still high but my recovery time are longer. I feel a bodypart for 3 days now, and I need more sleep at night(8-10 hours compared to 5-7). Other then that, there is not much changes.

For the newbies, I dont suggest such long cycles. But I do suggest doing your research/homework. Do blood work before, during and after a cycle. MY 2 CENTS

Was the purpose of your cycling for strength? 175lbs isn't very much so I'm curious. How tall are you? What are you lifts for deadlift, squat and bench?

you cycled for almost 3 years straight and you weigh 175lbs? Are you spooky strong for your height / weight or are you just lazy?

3 years of gear and 175lbs, what weight did you start at 120lbs? If so then great work.

Honestly after a 3 yr run its gonna be really hard to come off and feel normal. What an attitude you have, you come on the board telling paople you ran a super long cycle and knew what you were doing. In ur avi you look like a kid that just might workout, but nothing too jaw dropping. And then when people give the reaction you know that you are going to get you, call them names? Lets talk in another 3 or 4 weeks when you are contemplating jumping off a roof cuz you feel like a 12 yr old school girl.

I was trying to get answers, not insult and then this guy comes in acting like a child.

Let me ask again:

What are your lifts for Deadlift, squat and bench?

How tall are you?

Was your cycling for strength?

Exactly bcaa, he comes on posting a rediculously long cycle that ended in possibly horrible results. You and some others ask him some questions and he just call you guys names.

I have done retardedly long cycles myself back in the day. The first time I statred to compete and try to make something of myself, I never came off. I would change up my compounds every 6-10weeks, and continue to abuse my body. But it was before the internet was available to us, and I was following the advice of some national guys that I trained with.

I know better now, and maybe this kid does now too, or atleast he will after he crashes in a week or 2.

I weigh 175 cause I was dieting down for a coming comp.

What did you weigh when you started?
What are your max lifts?
How long were you lifting prior to starting the big cycle?

3 years on, and 10% @175 for a coming competetion? What weight are you going on stage at? 20% BF still puts you under 200 lbs..........

I remember a while back a guy on this forum was on for 2 years, he went off and his body was producing no test on its own 6 months later.... he felt like complete shit all the time, depression, the whole ****ing 9....... His Endo wasn't really sympathetic to his situation either, wouldn't prescribe HRT until every possible option was exhausted.... biggest difference was he was 240 @ 5'10...... under 10 % BF......

Like the other poster said, let us know how your doing in another month or 2..........

Anyone in athletics would know you dont run gear for 3 years straight irregardless of what competition you are doing...there are correct ways to do things and that is not it. As for "Crossfit" itself...marketing is alive and well.

interesting quote u made.

as PRO bodybuilders never come off. maybe some, but most a off period is just a lower dose. Like i said some do, ie. kevin levrone, looked like a tennis player when off. but no way do the majority of them come off gear

A statement like "PRO Bodybuilders never come off" is naive at best. Yes some do very long cycles and some just cruise in between. But many do come off and try to maintain some type of balance. I cant speak for everyone because i only know some that have actually divulged that information but its more than you think and its the ones you would think are on all the time. There is a huge misconception that within Pro BB the biggest guys are using the most gear and never come off etc....completely false. Guys these days just have the insane idea that gear is what makes a pro a pro. Its completely ridiculous...99% of Pros are pros because of their GENETIC affinity to gear, training, and food. You can take 1000 average Joes and put them on the same exact cycle, diet, training program that Dorian or Ronnie used and none of them would ever look remotely like those guys.

I think Levrone got 315 for 4 reps after years and years off drugs and training.
I'd like to see any tennis player anywhere pull that one off.

^^ so my 6 grams of tren only that im taking isnt gonna make me Arnold? Ive been on it for 3 years now and im finally up to 176. I think Im just about to break through a plateau and hit 180. I might need 7 grams of gear for that though.

This is after he didn't train or use AAS for years.
And he did 315 for 4 reps.
He did a whole lot more when he was competing and using, his vids are on youtube.

You show me any golfer on the PGA clean or otherwise tour that can bench 315 for 1.

I thought Tiger was getting some sort of semi-legal treatments from that doc who was mixed up with growth hormone.Would you believe him if he said he was clean?

Kevin Levrone is clearly a case of someone with incredible genetics, hes deffinatly not someone an 'average' person should be useing as a benchmark.

I would also assume that any pro Bodybuilder or Athlete who runs gear year round also has a good Doctor and Great Medical insurance... if you dont have access to the same resources they do you best not be doing what they are.

I'm totally lost after reading all the posts in this thread...

Hazbin told me he read an article once (don't flame me, I can't remember who the auther was) that said, "the biggest mistake weight lifters/bodybuilders make is coming off".

I'll see if I can find out from him again.

Hey bro if you wanna hit 180, you're gonna have to throw some deca in with that tren, get a tub of Jack3d and Nolvadex XT :rofl
