Hey guys. Fat dude here looking to get into shape. I'm starting slowly and have a ton of newb questions for ya's. I started doing 5 sets of 10 push ups.. and 5 sets of 25.... sit ups?? Not really a 'sit up' in that I plant my ass on the ground. hold my arms level with the floor... stick my legs out and then pull my knees to my chest.. well close to my chest... its like a V shape. Don't know what to call these but they are working and dont hurt my hips. After a month or so of doing this my wokrout every second day looks like this

Push-ups: 30
V situp : 50
Standing Mil. Press: 30 @ 20 lbs.

After I'm feeling stronger and can do 5x50 push ups and 5x100 V-ups... I wanna start doing chin ups and tri-dips.. I have the stand for them all ready.. and want to keep my workouts all natural body weight motions. Any Ideas of bodyweight leg motions I can do for my lower body?

Anyways nice to be here. looking forward to all the good advice and friendly motivation... 'YOU CALL THAT A PUSH UP!!!!'

Welcome and GOOD luck!
take in some protein powders between meals to dull hunger and add to protein intake. ( I like lipotropic protein from LG)
CLa can help and also i rec a few cups of strong green tea a day.

no gym ?? you should get some heavy dumbbells for doing squats in your living room

what are you doing for cardio? im not a huge fan but if you want to shed some fat, find a used recumbant and watch your tv while biking, you wont notice the exercise that much and you will burn a couple hundred extra calories in an hour

also i have a quick tip: i am a habitual eater and snack for the sake of snacking, so i cut up a shitload of celery and put in water and just keep that next to me. you will be less hungry and your bowels will thank you
