I am a freshly 17 - year old male looking for to get big upper body. broad shoulders and big ham hock arms.
my body type is about 130 pounds, mesomorphic, but no bodily fat, very skinny. ... ....
.. I am very well toned, b but only because I lack fat. .. ..

I am hitting p our local popeye's location very hard, taking muscle sleep pills, o omega 3•6•9º , greens supplement from progressive company with plant compounds, and isomass weight gainer.
I workout sometime in th' pm, and I consume rice or rice crackers throughout. ( I also drink water thoughout my day. ) I also d ddo resistance excersises with a surgical tube during day of class.
I t take weight gain powder once a day after the intense lifting.
i wont to know. :
Is this adequate ? Is there something more I'm missing ? I eat 5 good meals a day.
what should my routine be ? are there any days i should get only flexible exercises and take a break from strength ? Is one continuous hour a day enough ?
I get to bed at about 11:00 and u usually get hours of sleep. : s
