Hello all, just joined up here after stalking it for a while learning.

I have been working out for about a year and regularly (4-5days/wk) since September. I have gained ~15lbs in the last four months and notice my gains, but of course want more!

I am 6'2" and thin (not bone thin but lanky), long limbs. I have been using whey supplements so far, and went through a bag of mutant mass. I eat right and well, but I know I need to eat a little more.

Would like suggestions on what else to take. Specifically a good multivitamin
I also have hypothyroidism, corrected with a pill each morning, so please take that into account (cant have high iron and dairy within an hour or so)

Thanks for help and suggestions!

My usual daily

Breakfast:
-bowl of vector or oatmeal and turkey sausage, grapefruit, bananna, or apple, whey shake

snack:
-oat bar and or walnuts with dried cranberries, apple

lunch
-usually pb sandwiches on good bread, some veg and jerky if working, beans-soup-or leftovers if at home

snack:
-protein bar or buffalo jerky, veg at work
-shake if home

then I workout, shake when i get home and make dinner for about an hour later

dinner:
-Ground turkey, buffalo, or chicken wraps, with veg,or
-chicken breast and veg or buffalo steak/veg or
-buffalo pasta sauce, curry, stew or similar

snack
shake, fruit or veg, seeds or nuts

I am slowly moving towards more protein shakes in the day, I am also increasing the number of sets I am doing at the gym after reading a lot on here.

Thanks

Definitely not eating enough. Moving towards more protein shakes is a bad move. You should try to eat more solid protein sources - chicken, tuna, BEEF...etc. Your snakes are just that snacks - they should be meals.

Thanks Sean.
How many shakes should I be having a day to supplement the meals and when should they be taken?
