I have used Creatine before so I am familiar of how/when to take it. I am just curious when to take NO(six star muscle) recommend dose is 8 tablets a day I find that excessive so I plan taking 5 on workout days, 2 in the morning 1 pre workout and 2 before bed. Half a scoop of Creatine pre workout and a full scoop post. Continuing the Creatine on non workout days aswell. Does this sound ok? Any advice?

I think you may be overcomplicating things. Ill give you my opinion on how i would take it and u can see if it works for you. NO really only needs to be taken preworkout as the main goal of taking it is to achieve a better pump per say. So id take:

-half teaspoon of creatine + drink containing glucose (dextrose drink, grape juice containing glucose (not fructose)).
-after that drink about 20 mins preworkout take your 5-8 NO pills (whatever u want).
-Train.
-Then immediatly post workout take 1 teaspoon of creatine and then 50g whey isolate in a shake.

Forgot to add that yes take creatine on your non workout days as you are trying to build up (or load) a certain amount of creatine in the muscle cells. So if you were to take a day off because you dont train your cells wont stay volumized because your not feeding them with the more creatine. THINK ABOUT IT THIS WAY. take a bucket of water with a small hole in the bottom of the buckey. Its full but its always slowly losing some out of the bottom. So if you dont keep adding 5g of creatine a day the bucket will eventually not be full and may run dry(the 5g keeps it topped up). Point being. Take everyday whether your training or not to get full effect. The NO well i would only take that on workout days.
