Looks like there are no restrictions for the heels in figure. Also, the "presentation round" will be 1st in prejudging...not only in the night show. No 2 piece black suit or one piece suits at any level. There are added height catagories in bikini.

So...does that mean we can have stones/sparkle on our two-piece suits?
