I am buying this stuff because I am switching to a gym that doesn't allow chalk. awesome reviews, and way better reviews than the other one 'liquid chalk'. Worth a try

I,ve used the liquid chalk before...works well but doesn't last very long...you need to keep reapplying it..

What's it made out of?

not sure, but when you put it on, I guess it dries your hands out quickly, to the point where water will simply bead off of it. can't wait to use some.

bodybuilding.com he is and i is ordering from lol. I reapply chalk on my hands for every set aboce 400 lbs so it cant be any worse. If I can hold onto the bar i dont care how much it costs.

Seen a trial on the stuff and the research behind it on a vid on RXMUSCLE.com from a while back. It was at an expo and Dave Pulumbo tried it and loved the way it works. Its actually been through like 10 diff version and this is the best. It really looked like it does the job but i have no personal experience to back it up so just an opinion.

I been meaning to give it a try myself, its supposed to be pretty good. I pretty much need it for heavy deads and the chalk dries my hands out so badly they start to crack.

its funny, I am surprised how many people here have heard of it - but never tried it! I just found out about the stuff, and as soon as I heard about it, I was like - yep, no question - need to get this stuff.

I bet you once Greg starts pulling 750+ with this, everyone in NS will be making some orders off bodybuilding.com!

I have been using it for quite some time. I cannot remember how good chalk is but liquid grip sure helped me get to failure without losing grip on deads. No mess or anything. After you apply it don't touch anything until it dries (dries in less than a minute)

What's it made out of?

Ingredients listed are as follows: Alcohol, Chalk, Thickener, Scent

I have used it...be careful not to apply too much as noted in an above post, there is alcohol in it and it will really dry ur hands out and cause skin dryness and cracking...easy does it...but works good and no mess. Wash it off after ur workout or the "drying effect" will carry on til u do get it off..thats what caused my probs initially and probably using a bit too much
