View Full Version : What is the culprit of these ungodly pumps?

Boxing and BJJ have gotten really difficult as of late due to my arms pumping up so much. The only culprits I could think of would either be the lipo-ex I am taking or the beta alanine? Or possibly both? Should I drop them both or is one worse for that than the other?

yeah its not exactly otc so I dunno if I am allowed to talk about it in this forum. It has albuterol and caffeine in it.

Just took some beta alanine before I hit the gym right now to experement, and I am beyond pumped without even touching weights. Should I cut the BA on boxing days and just keep with the lipo-ex or should I go to a less extreme burner?

I am in awesome shape, and have great muscle endurance. This really should not be happening to me right now.

So much so that I should just be professionally good looking.

the beta alanine is suppose to help prevent this. But with fat burners sometimes you get dehydrated so that could be whats happening and you are mistaking that for a pump.
