So back at it again and am in the process of dieting down to see where i am at and if i can get there again...sitting at 229 in this pic...

Got all my blood results back recently and my dr looked at me and said if she didn't know i was a diabetic the results sure wouldn't have indicated that...GREAT NEWS!
