where is the 30g protein coming from?
12gfrom oats, 8g from pb and 8g from milk.
You can have a steak or eggs on the side to boost your protein intake.
It's from John Berardi gourmet nutrition e-book

8g protein if it were 2 Tbsp. but in that case, there would be 600 calories total. Also, what is no sugar chocolate milk?
I'd rather just eat the oatmeal, PB, chocolate milk, steak, and eggs, all seperately

I,m glad you liked it. I can't stomach milk, so I use chocolate almond milk instead. Taste as great.
I'll post more recipes this week.

Hey man how do you like almond milk? My friend is lactose intolerant but drinks soy milk and I haven't heard the best things about soy. I recommended rice milk but a lot of people tell me almond milk is the shiznit lmao.

Its very good. I choose the sugar free one. I just add stevia for taste.
There's a chocolate, original and vanilla flavor (all natural). Its 40-45cals per cups.
It's the best tasting milk alternative
Rice milk is full of carbs and highly glycemic. Almond milk is the best choice IMO.

It's available in every grocery stores in Quebec. It's regular 1% milk sweetened with splenda.
Some brand must make them in your province.
