Is this the right PCT?

Hey guys. Wondering if this would be the right way to go about a proper PCT for a cycle of Sustanon.

HCG at 500-1000mcg ED for 5-7 days after last shot of Sustanon. Then week #2 of PCT run 100mg of Clomid ED and 50mg the 3rd week. Also, Nolvadex at 40mg ED.

There are many factors to consider and I am certainly no expert.

Is your sustanon HG?
Which esters are in your version of sustanon?
How long have you been on it?
What was your dosage?

You will get many different answers with regard to HCG regimes. Personally, I tend to use it 4 days after my last shot at about 1000iu every 3 days for a total of 5 shots. I choose to use an AI while using hcg and through pct as HCG is known to spike aromatase.

With legit sustanon, I believe the half life is 3 weeks so I wouldn't start your clomid/nolva until at least the 3 week mark minimum, especially if your cycle has been a long one at high dosages. There are pct calculators out there if you look around on the net.

With regard to clomid and nolva, again you will get mixed information. I find personally that only 1 clomid tab per day for 25-30 days (at night before bed to minimize sides) is all I need.

Not a fan of Nolva.

I suggest using HG ancillaries. The ancillaries are more important than the juice IMHO.

I would just like to add that HCG causes peak output of the testes within 72hrs. Therefore it is my opinion that HCG doses be spread at least three days apart to avoid over-stimulation of the leydig cells.

Regular UG Sustanon250. Was running it at 250mg eod for about 16 weeks.

If you are still young and havent run too many cycles your hcg dosage can be fairly low ie 1000iu as opposes to 2500iu for an advanced BB.

PCT protocol

HCG 1000iu every third day for two weeks starting 2 weeks after your last sust shot( you do not want blood androgen levels to be near zero)
Concurrently with the hcg you need an AI...aromasin at 25mg ED is fine (if you do not use an AI you will drastically slow recovery if not stop it altogether)
After the hcg is completed run 50mg twice daily of clomid for three weeks.

I think you should hit at least 2000iu's of hcg your fisrt shot and then tapper down... from what I've read, if you wait until the end of your cycle to use hcg then you will need a higher dose to stimulate the prostate... 500iu's 2x EW would have made sense at the start of your cycle... 100mg of clomid in my opinion is too much... but then again u didn't leave any info on your body weight and length of cycle so good luck anyway.

Can a mod sticky this under PCT or HCG use. Ive personally done it after a very suppressive cycle and i have never recovered so easily and painlessly. P hit the nail on the head here this is the perfect pct info. A lot of members new to HCG would likely find this valuable because solid info on HCG is hard to find and this actually works amazing.

HCG mimicks LH (leutenizing hormone) which directly stimulates the testes to increase testosterone production....not the prostate. The dosage of HCG is dependant more on the age and cycle history of the athlete as opposed to the cycle.
