Hey im just tryn to figure out what routine i should start with and hold true to for a good 6 wks. i got a few different programs here ive found..

program #1

15 minutes stationary bike 10 minutes stretching Core work each workout

Monday: Squats, Benching, Rows
Weds: Squats, Military Presses, Deadlifts, Chins
Friday: Squats, Benching, Rows

Heavy-Power Shrugs 5X5
90%Medium-Incline Bench Press 5X5
80%Light- Squats 5X3

Leg Extensions 1X20, 1X10
Leg Curls 1X20, 1X10


WEDNESDAY
15 minutes stationary bike10 minutes stretching Core work

Light-Power Cleans 5X5
Heavy-Flat Bench Press 5X5
Medium-Squats 5X5

Leg Extensions 1X20, 1X10
Leg Curls 1X20, 1X10

have you lifted before? whats your exp?
just "mass" thats it as a goal?
what programs have you done in the past?
