Hey Guys,
I've been away for a few months due to person problems but after many weeks of training and lots of cardio (winter weight) I am prepared to do my Summer. I am not looking for cycle advise but rather ACNE advise...
I finished my last cycle in late December and for the first time in my life I had Acne! The zits didn't start until about 2 weeks after my cycle ended. The acne is only located on my chest and shoulders, not any where else. That was my 4th cycle and I have NEVER had acne before (not even in my teens).
It has just started to clear up but I have pink fuggin scars all over my chest where it was! I do not want to go through this again!
So I am asking what do you guys use to avoid, prevent or treat acne?
FYI I use Nolva and Clomid for PCT and always run a PCT

Cytadren, but be carefull and good luck finding it. It works GREAT for acne, not sure the exact mechanism but it does.

I have heard guys say that Clomid itself can cause some acne....

Drop the clomid and do a nolva pct only. I have a friend that got punished with acne when using clomid. Nolva doesn't have those sides.

I was thinking it might be the Clomid, especially because it happened during and after PCT, but I have used Clomid 3 other times without acne. Was I just lucky this time?
And do I increase the dose of Nolva if I cut out Clomid?
and is there anything OTC to use that is any good to treat or prevent acne?
Sorry for all the questions but this really sucked and I do not want to go through it again.

Pay for a stand-up bed too! Don't lay in yours and other's sweat :)

I pulled this from a friends post this may help you too:
"Acne is sooo much better than usual. Tanning plus "Coalface" soap from a store called "Lush" does wonders. I've battled with acne for about 7 years now, and this stuff has kept me clear for the entire cycle, when i was expecting it to be at its worst..."
Might be something to look into as well.

1000mg of b5 a day works great. I hear tanning is a big help too.

I have heard of this and was thinking of doing the same my next cycle. What dosage do you consider a small dose? UG or prescription?...curious about that due to potency.

before i start another cycle im going to try and get a script of Minocin/Minocycline, not as harsh as accutane but quite effective from what I have seen on another bro.

I tried a cycle doing that, effective from what I remember. I did ed or eod. Be real carefull and do your research. One point to note is Vit-a from vits, oils and foods.
Hmmm. I think I did ed for 2 weeks then gauged by the oilyness of my skin as a guide to when I took the next dose. The next dose being 1,2, or 3 days again until the skin oil abated.

my anti-acne stack:
teatree oil body wash soap 2x per day in shower
retin a (tretinoin cream) 0.1% applied every night before bed
1gram of B5 everyday
20mg accutane (isotretinoin) everyday.
What sucks about acne is that what works for one guy will do sweet **** all for the next.
Also, no Accutane in the summer as it causes a sensitivity to the sun.

watch the retin-a cream. i used it on my zitty shoulders and several days later, peeeeeling skin and soon I had nice pink shoulders. fawk.
there are those creams that have benzol peroxide and asprin that help kill some of the bacteria. but if your oil glands are going 3x the normal flow, there ain't much you can do.
