Alright, finally got the time to do this, so here are the pics from Aug 8, 2010, after keto, while during maintenance phase, at 160 pounds (low, I know):

And here are the recent shots at 180 pounds on Nov 13, 2010; can't flex the left calf because I tore something in it a few weeks back. Not a complete tear, just something popped, did ultrasound, it's fine:

Current weight: 180
Bench: 200 (6 reps)
Squat: 220 (6 reps)
Deadlift: 340 (5 reps)

Let's see how December and January will go.
