Its true and its sucks far worse than I thought it would. I cant sleep at night, I have tingling all day long. Sometimes complete numbness, so bad I cant type or tie my shoe.

I know a few big guys have posted about this, and I was hoping they'd chime in again.

Can CTS cause permanent damage to the median nerve? this is what I'm worried the most about.

I dropped from 2iu twice daily to 1 iu in the morning only. It hasnt gotten better, in fact its worse.

I was specualating that it could be due to edema and pressure in my hands pinching the nerve. I have could out startches and sugars from my diet and have increased cardio to two 40 min sessions/day.

As a last resort before I go to the doc I may try a mild potassium sparing diuretic like Spironolactone.

Any help is appreciated.

Spirolactone? That's the stuff guys who wanna become girls take. Androgen blocker. Maybe your thinking of another drug?

Don't use Aldactone - it's an anti-androgen. Get ART done. Check out this thread:

Niacin was used to prevent CTS.

Hey shithead, sorry to hear that bro. CTS is a serious problem as it can lead to nerve damage. Get to a doctor ASAP and get it treated. My dad had his CTS fixed by surgery. Lucky guy had one of the best plastic surgeons in Oakville do the surgery and to this day, his hand is well and there's no scarring.
GL man, let us know please.

Don't forget to get ART done. They have a study published indicating that a few treatments of ART will get rid of CTS. I can't find it on their site but I'll keep looking.

I think he is implying that his CTS is caused entirely by using GH. I don't think ART would have any effect if this is caused by fluid build up in the wrists, isn't it?

Niacin helps, but is not a miracle cure. I still eventually got bad tingling even using niacin.

I took a break from GH, tired of the tingling hands and CTS. After stopping completely, I still had the sides for over 2 weeks after.
