Hi everyone,
I'm a personal trainer and the co-owner of Kinergik training studio on the south shore of Montreal and I have been approached by a young bodybuilder last month and he hired me to train him for his first bodybuilding contest.
He will compete in the FCPAQ Quebec de l'ouest competition in the junior division in late spring 2011
His name is Tristan Fréchette and he is 18 years old. On his first evaluation on october 23th he was 225lbs on a 6 foot frame.
I honestly think that hes got alot of potential and I will post each week the details of his preparation starting right now. You will have access to his full training program his diet and his supplements protocol. I will try also to post picture and video as often as possible.
