The Blue Menu ketchup has only 1g carb per tbsp (tsp?). Made with Splenda. So the nutritional profile should be essentially the exact same and likely less cost.

Speaking of sheppards pie,

For ultra low carb try subbing the mash pots for steamed mashed cauliflower, it's even better if you lightly fry some garlic in a little butter and add it to the mash!

or Steak and garlic mashed cauliflower to beat the carb craving.
