That's just one of the sides and I beleive why it is also recommended that iso be take with a large amount of fats, I took about 10 grams of fish oil with my dose of 50mg. The only other thing I can suggest is lowering dosages.

maybe try adding more fish oils. i have heard people having success with using PVL's flammagen product too.

You are one of the lucky 12% with joint pain from accutane. I just beared with it but had to stop all types of running it hurt my hips and back so bad. That was off 80mg a day.

I had massive joint pain on 80mg/day Accutane as well(could barely walk), and my dermatologist prescribed me Celebrex, and it was a miracle cure, and I was able to complete the course. I would go back and demand a script for celebrex.
I think inflammatory joint pain happens to 10-15% percent of accutane users, if I recall..
Celebrex is similar to Ibuprofen/Advil, but does not damage the stomach with repeated use.

i thought anti inflamitory medications greatly reduced gains?
maybe i'll try that celebrex stuff then, thanks.
the funny thing is i'm only doing 20/40 alternating back and foreth day by day. so i guess basically only 30mg a day and my lips are dry as a mofo and i have the joint pain. 80mg would fuk me up, lol. (altho i have been on this dose for almost 3 months now, maybe that has something to do with it).
i'm also using topical tretinoin cream, retina at the strongest concentration possible. 0.1%. ive always had nasty skin, even before steroids. i'm sick of it, and i wont stand for it.
