I added dbol into my winter bulker. All is well except the lower back pumps. I thought deca was bad. This is worse. I only seem to get them on squat days. Deadlifts are not even an issue. I need to squat. After a quick search on the net the suggestions I found were, in no particular order.....

milk thistle
an anti-e to reduce bloat
water, water, water
potassium\bananas
taurine

Anyone have a tried and true solution?

lots of water and potassium seems to do the trick for me, but some excercises still do it, hyperextensions are hte ones that do it for me the worst, but i found eating a banana or two right before has calmed it down a bit

Lower your dosage on deadlift/squat days.

Nothing works, the pump is the pump, not a side effect you can ditch.

No sir, I didn't like dbol.
I tried all the above, it just seemed par for the course ( the pumps ).
I found the blood pressure issues the worst though.............

I added Dbol to a winter bulk once .... it would take me forever to shovel the driveway becuase the pumps were so bad. However i am a big fan of 3-4 weeks D-bol to start and Tbol near the end of a cycle.
