winston roberts? do you mean who they introduced as former Mr. Universe?

The other man who spoke would have been Ron Hache, president of the OPA.

The CBBF was founded by Manitoba's Syd Pukalo and Quebec's Winston Roberts.

He means the provincial show.

Not sure who you're competition will be this year, but you've got some potential to do really well. What did you weigh in at? I think you could have been a bit leaner, but so can most people who compete. Otherwise, from where I was sitting (i was the farthest to the right judge - or furthest left from you on stage perspective), you initially didn't have that wow factor - but it came when you started posing - particularly at the night show. Perhaps you were just that much tighter at the night show. So what I mean by the wow factor, is that you should always look your best, not just when you pose.

I think you need to remember to stay tight ALWAYS, because first impressions can mean alot. Some of your relaxed poses were too relaxed from what I remember.

Another question: why didn't you show up for the overall?!

Hey there steve, I was kinda in a daze that day, but I did want to find out what the judges thought, and the key areas I need to improve upon.

My thoughts are, legs first, abs, and arms. I think my chest is a little behind also.

Thanks also for the great finish!

Also not trying to clog up this thread, from whats its supposed to be, so maybe pm's would be better?

Chris, your conditioning was fantastic. You and my client Moe were two of the best conditioned guys in the show. Both of you will be a big threat to the Provincial level if you both step on stage. I'm holding him off until 2012, he just turned 18 a couple weeks ago and his potential is not even tapped yet. If he spends a year and half on weak points and can repeat his conditioning he will be hard to beat. IFBB Pro Fakhri Mubarak has officially taken him under his wing for offseason prep as I myself need to focus on the 2011 Provincials, so he's been left in great hands.
It was definitely the most attended Ottawa's in its history I'm sure, standing room only at the night show and although there is always a few things you can do better, the promoters did a great job being their first year at the helm. The media coverage was incredible; I see pictures poppin up everywhere on facebook. Great exposure for you guys for sure!

Thank you for all the continued support Rob. I thought that moe was an amazing competitor I can wait to see when he steps back on stage. With a yr and a half he'll be unstoppable! So I can wait to see that video that you have, it should be interesting to be able to see myself from an outside point of view. Thanks again see you around the gym.
