Eat Right 4 Your Type: The Individualized Diet Solution to Staying Healthy

Has anyone read it ? Today at the gym a lean beefy babe beside me on the bike was reading it. She said the book is amazing and has helped out a lot. They teach you how to eat for what ever blood type you may be.

Any feed back from anyone on this book would be greatly appreciated. I was thinking about buying it on Amazon.

Thanks

As far as I know there is no science backing it up (published peer reviewed research)

I have read anecdotal stuff like the figure competitor that was stuck and lost the extra weight in 4 days just changing to this way to eat.

If you are interested in this type of stuff you should read The Metabolic Typing Diet as well.

Yeah, very true with having no science back it up. I talked to a fella from my old gym many years ago and he swore that the book was a bible. The reviews online seem hit or miss. People either love it or hate it.

I check out The Metabolic Typing Dieted book out in a sec.

Thanks for your post.

It's total bullshit. There's no scientific evidence backing up any of it and it completely avoids considering all the other non-ABO bloodtypes. That would complicate things for the lemmings so of course.

Followed it for a while with somewhat positive results. I've also heard jay cutler admit to following parts of it in a seminar, but that was before loosing to dexter, so...

The general concept of "avoid foods that aren't good for your body" of course applies. Lots of milk tends to bloat me so I try to keep milk intake to a minimum even though milk is amazing and nutritious. But I'm not avoiding it because of achapter in a shitty book that says that I should avoid it because it arbitrarily doesn't match my blood type.
