So due to my recent harsh breakup half way through my pct :( I am noticing myself under constant stress and anxiety. My eating\diet has come back , my training \ cardio is back but still that nagging stress. I am popping valerian root like candy , even using coq10 to no avail. Since i read that clen helps with elevated cortisol I am wondering what a good protocol would be for the sole purpose of lowering cortisol that is destroying me , any advice would be greatly appreciated as i dont want to go to the ****ing doc and be given some kind of mind altering calming substance. Thanks in advance........

Does this sound ok...20 mcg upon waking , then another 20 mcg 5 hours later on a 2 on 2 off protocol ? First time clen user , fairly clean diet , lots of cycles and pct's done , just never tried clen for the above mentioned purpose.

not to be nosey or off topic, but did the breakup have anything to do with your moods during PCT? just wondering cause my moods are shitty during PCT.

as for the clen protocol, try just 20 upon waking if it's your first time, and after a few days or a week up it to 40 if you're tolerating it well.

No , im not really all that more moody while on pct , which has been completed as of 1 week ago. The reason for my stress is im still living in the house (basement) out of necessity...definately killing me at this point

Buddy, I split with my long time girl just a few months ago and she moved out... I can relate to where you're at right now. I was pretty messed up for at least a month or two afterwards before I found my own routine again and now I'm completely back on track
Take care of yourself, I have found it very helpful and calming to do some stretching and breathing routines when I wake up in the morning and before bed. I usually put on some Nature sounds or Baroque music while I do them. Eat healthy foods, take a walk every day and bring your ipod. Take a personal day off work and call in sick!
If you find yourself having anxiety and stressing out, close your eyes, try focusing on your breathing and relaxing. Just throw those negative thoughts and feelings out of your mind! It takes practice but you can train yourself to do this.
I'd get off the Clen until you're back on track, I don't think that's helping you any right now... I never use that stuff.... I tried it a few times and it's just not for me... Screws with my system too much and I don't think it's healthy for anyone... It's not necessary with a healthy diet and exercise program. Just junk IMO.
Just keep a positive attitude and push those negative thoughts out of your head! I find that whenever I start to think about something that stresses me out, I can consciously refocus and remove those thoughts from my head. I'm getting better with practice. I give myself a couple minutes to think about whatever is on my mind or bothering me and then I just leave it behind and move on with my day with a smile on my face!
Best of luck, your mental well being is just as important as your physical one. Go for a massage, take a nap and stay positive!
After looking at the original post date I see I'm a little late but hopefully my advice might help a few people to deal with negative thoughts or stress.
:)
For stress best combo ; gabba + piracetam + phenibut = natural Xanax

vitamin c, several grams a day with lower cortisol 30%, also up your magnesium intake and start with 20g's glycine pre-bed, it will lower cortisol and help you get a better sleep which is very important for keeping cortisol in check. Phosphadylserine 800-1000mg a day will also be very beneficial.

gotta agree with Zylo, I recently came off a Clen/t-3 cycle and I was jittery and on edge more than any aas cycle I've ever done, and the wife and I were having issues at the time too , I stopped that cycle early just to be calmer. it worked. relationship stress is the WORST kind..

I totally agree! Thanks to everybody who replied , I think I may try some of the above information to curb my stress as opposed to just blocking the side effect of it . Thanks all !!
