Anthony Bennett says he the "victim"! Me thinks that maybe the Toronto phone book should have been used on him while he was in the van.

That's like those cases you hear about someone breaks into someone's house, the owner attacks them, and the guy that breaks in tries to sue them.... and has won. Stupid system... US mostly

Harper said he wants to make changes so this does not happen again. The fact that it went this far and he actually went on trial for catching a thief is ridiculous. But that's the canadian justice system for you.

There was a guy a few years ago who popped a kid dressed in black who broke into his house at 2 am a few times in the head and held him for police who was charged. He beat the charges but spent about 10-15G to stay out of jail. The Toronto cops charging a home owner for defending his family from a punk is stupid.

I loved this story. It seems like finnaly the right person was chosen by our justice system. I dont blame the dude for tying up the robber. What was he to do sit back and let the dude rob him blind 2 times a day. Yah right!:beat
