Where do you people buy your greens ? I was at Costco the other day and thought their prices sucked ass . Does Wal Mart carry anything ?

buy more protein powder with the dollars you were gonna spend on greens. and then get more veggies into your diet. Spinach, brocoli, green beans etc are going to do a WHOLE lot more for ya.

The future is all in food, I take a good multi, extra magnesium, GT, curcumin, & extra vit D. then I try to load up on anti-oxidant rich foods. btw whey is also a "super" food. it increases the body's SOD levels

greens have vitamins plus many other enzymes and nutritents that a synthetic vitamin is missing. Eating vegetables you get WAY more then vitamins A,B,C etc. Think greens closer matches real food.
