I just thought I would throw this out there. Anyone have any contacts in northern alberta or bc for some camp welding jobs? Got all the tickets and experience but no contacts. Without a contact cant find the camp work.

Want to try the northern alberta, bc thing for a while to make some good cash.

cheers

best way unfortunately is to be up there and search door to door face to face

You have the interweb so do a lot of searching through companies province by province and send them your resume and pics of your tickets AND pics of your welds.

When I use to do a lot of tig work I would drop off my resume to shops along with a couple coke cans tig'd together end to end and I always got a call back the same day....lol.

Send pics of almost every different weld you can make and if it's good then you might be lucky enough to get a call back. Oh ya if you are use to the regular Millers and have no experience with Lincoln pulse welders that won't look very good?

How is you flux core? How are you with .045 overhead? How is your aluminum tig? Ever done aluminum welding with a mig system?

Post up your info and I will help you search Alberta and B.C..
