How do i edit my signature???

can someone tell me how to edit my signature on here i cant seem to find it in the User CP

User CP, under setting and options - edit signature - in the tool bar on the left hand side.

its not showing there, maybe i need a certain ammount of posts or something for it to be there?

Same with me, don't see the signature edit field.
