Boxing gym's/MMA gym's

Id like to start taking boxing / MMA to mabye help with my cardio...a little more fun then just running on the treadmill I would think. Anyone know of any good boxing/mma gym's in the Edmonton area? thanks

National Kickboxing Edmonton. 14839 118 Ave NW. I haven't been there but it is under Mike Miles's banner and he is good.

West Edmonton Knights Boxing Club the coach was in the Olympics and he's an excellent coach! If you want to get your passport and fight amature, he'll get you there! Boxing is one hell of a workout WARNING!! Alot of people quit because they can't handle it.
