If this is your first time,go with just 1 tabs at 20mcg until the shakes and headaches go down.Every time i start clen and this is since 1990 with the pump,i start low then work my way. Then you can go up to 80-120mcg.I take one at breakfast then at lunch, and after a couple of week i take a 3rd tabs of the day at dinner. If you can take the side then you can take 2 tabs at once.

remembr to go 2 on 2 off, 3-2, or 4-2........... otherwise ur body gets used to clen and results are minimal

If I remember correctly clen has a half life of 48hrs, the 2 on 2 off is an old myth. Unless there are new chems that reset your receptors, make your first clen cycle count. After that it's not going to work. Make sure you keep your minerals up or you are going to CRAMP!

I just posted a half life chart in the articles forum if you're interested in knowing the exact half life of clen.

2 weeks on and 2 weeks off with an eca stack on the off time.
Take 5g Taurine in the morning and 5g before bed to keep the cramps down.
Take with T3 for better results.
Start with 20mcg and ramp up to 120 140mcg, hold for a couple days than ramp back down.
Take 3 times a day 4 hours apart.

This is poor advice that I see thrown around all over the place.

Clen and ephedrine are both beta agonists. Clen interacts specifically with b2-receptors. This is what makes it effective. Ephedrine interacts with b-receptors as well as others. By using ephedrine on your 2 weeks off you are going to be using up your available b-2 receptors rendering your Clen useless. The reason you take the off time is to allow your body to regenerate it's supply of b2 receptors so when you start back on the clen it will have something to interact with. The reason you use with t3 for best results, t3 helps produce b2 receptors allowing your clen to be more effective for longer. Without it, you must follow a time on = time off cycle for best results.

The correct half-life is 36hrs for clen.

Follow smart-tony's post for dosing.

Very true, I also believe that clen and ephedrine hit the same receptor so therefore not allowing them to clear. You can bypass the 2weeks on 2weeks off by taking Keto or Benedryl Allergy (very drowsy) at 50mg every night before sleep on the 3rd week, to up-regulate your receptors. This theory allows you to use Clen 6weeks straight.

If you're taking T3, wouldn't you need some AAS to help combat muscle catabolism at the same time?
