I will be starting a new job within the next few days, and will be living in a hotel for the first month or so. I have no stove available for cooking which makes things really tuff. courious if anyone has some good ideas on what to buy/eat that wont involve me cooking.

couscous only require water and is good for carbs, maybe a good opportunity to eat raw veggies and fruits..

you could buy one of those roasted chicken for 8$ at safeway every day

you could pick up a one element stove for 35$ at wall-mart. A small fridge for 99$.

I buy a lot of precooked chicken and rice cups from Wal Mart. I also buy a lot of fresh vegies and eat them raw

I say nix the soups as you won't have control of the stuff they pack in them. Lots of MSG in the bag soups they prepare

George Foreman grill, Rice cooker and a bar fridge...you'll be good to go. Also oats are the easiest carbs to prepare.

you forgot a "magic bullet" in there. Its all good if you aren't flying, but SCATSA airport weenies get excited when they see cooking utensils in your checked in luggage.

Damn, I wanted to take mine when we go to Disney World next year. Why do they care if it's in checked luggage?

Pretty good options listed above:

Microwave
Bar Fridge (or cooler with ice)
Magic Bullet
Hot Plate

At the end of the month if you don't want the item just return it to Walmart.
You can also get rotisserie chicken at most grocery stores, mini rice cakes, packaged tuna...etc.

They hauled me out of line to double check it, they didn't think I should be carrying it for some reason. They gave me grief in TO about it. The guy was a dick about it, but I kept my head and reasoned with him. Its the bullet shaped bottom that makes them want a second look.

Rice oats and egg whites all can be cooked in the microwave!! I used the ice bucket once! lol...
have you considered a hibachi bbq? I know the old George grill will do the same, but I used to have one of those little camper BBQ's when I lioved in a flea bag apartment when I was poor! lol...

90% of my carb meals are raw oatmeal in just enough cold water to soften it up. Takes like 3 mouth fulls to get 50g of carbs, it's so easy and takes about 1 min to eat, compared to taking 5-10mins choking down something you hate.
Usually only one or two of my meals contain a food I have to cook, ie Chicken breast. Technically you could sub tuna in for the chicken in my diet and I wouldn't even need a stove/oven.
