2 1\2 years wasted, f**k. Why does it take that long to realize that she couldnt handle the fact that i has a son? Selfishness is a killer , oh well hopefully i can eat and start training again very soon. Anybody know of effective anti anxiety otc remedies please ?

Yes GNC does carry it, I think pretty much any pharmacy does, wallmart etc ..

And sorry to hear that man, shit always works out in the end, just stay positive.

Weightlifting is by far the best anti-anxiety remedy. In place of that, honest hard work.

valerian root is a proven anti-anxiety drug

just work on the dosage to find your sweet spot, if you overdo it you may feel drowsy
