Hardcore self supporting gym in Calgary

Hello fellow Calgarians,

Myself and a group of various strength athletes (Olympic lifting, powerlifting, strongman) are starting a not for profit gym here in Calgary and are looking for members. We're in the process now of loacting a facility, if you would like to get involved please PM me.

That's a great idea. I'm working out at Pro Bodies right now and it's pretty good, checked out BJs a few times when i first moved here and I loved it, but it's too far away whereas the former is just down the street. Where would it be located?

I sell all the stuff on there. The super yoke and a few other heavy things were custom made by our coach Marshall Ennis here in Calgary.

Congrats on getting it underway! That's a great accomplishment and I wish you the best of luck.

If you want to PM me some details, I have many friends in Calgary that might be interested. I would gladly pass along any info you wish to provide. I used to work out there but I'm back in Toronto now.

I usually head back once a year to visit the friends and do some snowboarding in Banff, I might have to stop in when I'm next out that way again.
