Hi guys,

I've been lurking around for a while now and thought it about time I introduce myself.

The wife and I (and dog) came over three years ago to realise a long held ambition to emmigrate to Canada. After a long battle we've finally got Permanent Residence status so are here to stay for good. It's a fantastic country and one you should rightly be proud of.

Training wise I've been around for more years than I care to remember. I've wasted so much time/energy/money on crappy routines, potions and BS that it's only now that I really understand what works for my body and accordingly my goals are far more realistic.

On the whole people over here seem to be far more health concious and there's a healthier, and friendlier, mix of people of all ages (though why do old guys insist on talking to you in the changing rooms stark bollocked naked?) and abilities co-existing under one roof.

I look forward to becoming a more active member and I promise, unlike one of my fellow countrymen, not to talk BS and pretend I'm someone I'm not.

Cheers :beer

I just want to say welcome and also that I have long wanted to emigrate to the UK.

Do old men really do that in changerooms? Haha.

Are you mad???? - why do think we're all trying to get over here!

It's dirty, crowded, violent & expensive (though it does have some fooking good pubs :beer)
