Anyway to block a phone number from calling (telemarketer)

So this one company, onlinepccare has been calling pretty much daily for the past two weeks, I dont know how they got my number but its starting to get really frustrating. Anyway I can block them from ever calling again.

Does it matter if the telemarketers are not Canadian based? As Im pretty sure this company is from India
