Hey everyone I'm 25, been at this since I was 20, had myself worked up to a solid 190 (I'm short guy 5'6) but lost it all after being lazy and partying too hard lol. I'm here to get it all back, I recently cleaned up my sloppiness and went from 155 to 170, then cut down into the low 160s. Now winter is here and i can get fat. Woo

As i'm sure you figured out now, consistent workouts and consistent eating are what produce the best gains. Welcome aboard.;)
