I am starting a log to follow my progress with those peptides I am trying.

Routine:
Day1 - Legs - Pecs
Day2 - Shoulders - back - Arms
25min of low intensity biking HR130

I train BJJ 4x a week as well.

Peptides
CJC-1295 w/o DAC & GHRP-2
100mcg each 2xday : before bed and post workout
Huperzine A :30 min before peptides shot as Acetylcholinesterase inhibitor

AAS
500mg/week Test Prop
300mg/week NPP
aromasin 12.5mg/day
cabaser 0.5mg eod

Starting stats: 5'4 170 10% BF
Goal: Cutting to 8%BF and gaining strength

I will be running the peptides a total of 12 months, I am expecting a better recovery, so I can train BJJ and still gain muscle mass during my next bulking cycle.

I am expecting to loose fast faster and retain strength during my first cutting cycle that i am starting now.

I am also looking to get more of my aas cycle without using more gear, so maybe an easier recovery and more mass might be retained during pct.

Reading more about the potential progestin sides, I decided to play it on the safe side and I will replace 300mg of NPP by 400mg of Primobolan

So today was my first day training while using the peptides. I felt an interesting mood lift after injecting, could be placebo.. I did not feel any hunger.

Since i injected after training, there is nothing much to talk about.

Sleep quality has greatly improved already after the second day. I woke up thins morning feeling more refreshed than usually at 6am without my alarm. hopefully this does not stop.

It makes me want to try them for that reason alone. As I'm getting older I'm not getting near as much sleep.

Dosing peptides at 100mcg each 1x a day before bed, for sleep improvement would cost you less than 300$ for 6 months

On the first page of this log, the superhuman radio episode talks about this for about 20 minutes, sleep improvements for 40+ with ghrp-2

So everything is going pretty well so far. I will bring more diet and weight lifting number soon.

I am making some modification to my program. I now use Huperzine A only as a pre-workout supplement, I do not use anything else pre-workout.

I am thinking about using 1iu of Humulin-R post workout and going carbless for the rest of the day. From 6 pm to 12pm. Only on weight training days, not on BJJ or resting days.

I am also injecting the peptides 3x/day now, morning, pwo and before bed.

So today i learned that purity of the peptides is very important. So I ordered some clinical grade 99%, it was a little bit more expensive but i will be able to compare to Canadian and some American supplier.

I am actually running peptide from supplier A, in 30 days I will start supplier B.

So far everything is good strength is going up and I seem to look a bit leaner.. About 2lbs less on the scale since the first of October.

My sleep seem to keep improving actually, but I do not wake up at 6am without an alarm anymore.. but do feel very much more refreshed. It seem to be easier to fall asleep as well. Many people experience the opposite with insomnia.

I do not feel any hunger what so ever, but i am using ghrp-2, and hunger is mostly associated to ghrp-6.

So today was my first day with carbless and Humulin-r post workout.

I ate about 2 pound of yams and 4 chicken breast and 3 teaspoon of coconut oil between 9am and 5pm.

workout was between 5 and 7.

Now all i am gonna have is chicken breast, raw veggies and coconut oil for the rest of the night.

My workout was good, there is some number from today, I did not log everything.
Biceps curl 4x12 with 50
Incline press 3x10 with 90
Legs 5x12 with 120

I will be working on those number for the next 9 months. I know they are not really impressive. As a BJJ practitioner strenght was not always my priority.

I did not today, but i will get a blood sugar monitor soon. I am only using 1iu, humulin-r is active for about 5 hours.

I am basically injecting 1iu on humulin-r, 100mcg of grf 1-29 and 100mcg of ghrp-2 in the same syringe, I then wait 10 minutes and drink my protein shake (50g of protein and 2g of carbs) then I eat my first protein and raw veggies meal 20 minute after.

So today workout was great

Hammer strenght upright row 4x12 135
Hammer strenght low row 4x10 90
shoulder dumbell press 2x10 85 2x12 55

I am doing cpwo today aswell and will spent the rest of the day without carbs
insuline and peptides aswell today.

Today I received X-ray from my doctor. I thought that my hip was injured but its actually my SI joint that looks like the bone is broken in the area. I will have to see a specialist I guess.

So i will continue with my unilateral leg work, and mobility exercises. I am not sure when I will be able to squat and dead-lift again, hopefully by Christmas.

So far nothing new about the peptides. I will be starting my aas cycle 6 weeks from now. I expect some kind of synergy. I gained all the weight back that lost during my pct, and look a bit leaner.

update unrelated to training, I received a package of peptides yesterday that was open by canada custom and everything went through without problem. I would believe that ordering from china would be good as well. I will try china next time i need to order.

I am almost finish my third week using the peptides, i made several changes to my protocol.

I see the best result using
ghrp-2/mod grf 1-29 3x a day 100mcg each, i had a few night where falling asleep was harder but melatonin worked very well and woke up really refreshed.

there is obvious recomposition happening, I gained 1 pound and lost 1% or 2% BF.

I started using an injectable l-carnitine/Choline citrate blend today as well, it should help with the fatloss a little bit. I am dosing 500mg of each ED.

I had an negative observation today, it seems that the peptides affect my gyno.I had a little lump remaining from my last cycle. I am still using 12.5 aromasin a day and cabergoline. This morning my lump felt a little bigger than usual. I decided to bump my aromasin to 25mg and add 200mg of b6 to help with prolactin.

Strength is up, and I am on a caloric deficit.

I'd stay away from the China ordering for peptides bro. They may claim 98 + percent of purity, but its more than likely that it will be less than that and possibly crude (90 percent or below). The purity is extremely important with these compounds to see the effectiveness from them.
