Server Busy Message?

Just tried to start a new log and when I clicked Submit new thread I got a Server Busy Message. Tried refreshing and it said I needed to log back in? Erased everything...anyone else having this problem every once and a while?

Away from my work computer. It happened to me too yesterday. Today seems fine. When I get back on my work computer, I'll take a look to see if I can figure out what the issue is.
