5% discount not applying to my order over $200

When I filled out my order form for all my goodies it came to roughly $212. I assumed this meant I would get the advertised 5% discount on my order as advertised, but when I went to check out and filled out all the info there was no discount applied other than free shipping.

How do I go about applying that discount to my order?

Pretty sure it has to be over 200 BEFORE taxes. not sure if that's the problem or not. Did you call the 1 800 number to ask?

it was over $200 before taxes. I called but the office hours are 9-5 mon-fri.

Hey bud, you have to put in the code "TS5" in the discount section during checkout to receive the volume discount.
