I took 2nd Place in the LHW, which I am very happy with. However they gave me 2nd place in the Masters which I am very upset with. Could someone who was there tell me how that guy beat me in the Masters. Even he himself could not believe that he did. Maybe I am missing something? It was a great show though, went very smooth.

I personally thought you were jacked and pretty flawless....we (the crew I was sitting with) had you picked to take it! I think the other guys legs may have been a bit better BUT overall it should have been you for the big W yes (imho)

Of course no disrespect to the winner as he looked phenomenal as well, it's a TON of hard work and commitment and you all deserve credit where credit is do guys!!!

AWESOME WORK to all the competitors there!!

Well, thanks for that. I must also say the guy that beat me was one hell of a nice guy, makes it a little easier to take. It was definately the highlight of his life to take that trophy, I felt happy for him. Me I am just gonna bust my ass, add another 10-15 lbs and do the provincials in 2012.

I dunno, i think the fella that won the masters was a bit more conditioned personally....I had him in first place to be honest.....You were a bit larger, but i believe he was a bit more conditioned......No disrespect you looked great, just a bit soft in low back and glutes area, compared to other fellow...

I do agree with ya there but, it was a close toss up imo, it jst always depends on which way the judges are going to turn that night of course. But yeah you guys looked great fosho congrats again!!

You seriously didn't think I was going to compete? Did you? My posts were a joke to see the response. I am still living in Ontario (with no plans to move out west although I would like to) and retired from the competition scene.

Thanks for your feedback guys. This contest was a little rushed for me, ideally I wanted to do the Northerns next year, but a heavy work schedule gets in the way at that exact time and no time off allowed. It worked out though as my goal is to compete in the provincials 2012. Like I said I would like to pack on 10 -15 lbs and come in at the top of LHW. I was only 182 lbs in the morning and 179 in the evening this time. I will take any and all advice from you seasoned guys. My Ulimate goal is to place top three in the Masters Nationals before I am 50 (im 42 now). I have a ways to go I know but thats what goals are for. Thanks again for the feedback, I wish I would have met some of you at the comp, next time.

Kai was definately amazing to watch, such a big dude! Love his head stands :) Have a couple pics of IW and I with him. When I get the chance I will post them up.

I was hoping to see you in the lobby or something, but i didnt get the chance dude....Good work, and if you fill a bit more in, you will look awesome for your class...No doubt.....You looked real good up there....
IMO, put a bit more on the bis, get that back a bit thicker along with hammies, and just keep everyrthing else symmetrical and you will be great....Thats just my humble opinion...If it wasnt for the little bit being off in backside, i honestly think you would have taken the win, on both fronts to be honest, masters, and open....:)

checked out the show it was a good time...... Kai was pretty sweet but Victor would have been better.. some good competitors but also some guys that looked like they started working out the week before...... didnt meet any board members however, didnt know there was some anti-clint board secret alliance at these things!

it seems to me it looks close - if you had his color you might have won. It's easy to be taken by skin color - sometimes it really draws your eyes in 1 direction...I honestly think that is what happened here.
