what's up boys? just got home from the hospital from gettin my appendix out. They said 4-5 weeks off, but just lookin for experiences on how long people took to get back with light weights and how long it took them to get back to full strength. Just ordered my "supps" too, f**kin blows.

I got this at 28 years old. Was squating a plate each side exactly 10 days after my operation.

I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE DOING WHAT I DID. I could have ripped my cut open and landed up in the hospital with more damage than necessary. I was a little foolish and got lucky.
