Just wondering when most of you like to train the traps? on Shoulder day or back day?

i do them on shoulder day when im training for mass, but when im training for power and strength i hit them indirectly with heavy deads and rows

I throw them in with Shoulders , seems like a natural fit to me ...

I train the middle/lower portion of my trapezius with a particular kind of row, but never shrugs. I find they arn't necessary when I'm doing deadlifts and stiff-leg deadlifts.

Back day at the very end of the workout.

I'll do a few shrugs on shoulder day...but back day will pretty much tear them up good if you row, row, row and deadlift.

nothing beats hang / power cleans for trap training.

Shrugs have always been a useless exercise to me.

I don't do shrugs either. I find it hilarious watching average joes putting on like 3 plates and shrugging, acting like they are moving big weight lol.
